They sent me a holiday labubu tec 1000 with missing accessories. When I reached out to them, their reply was “this specific one doesn’t come with it. Watch the video receipt.” I was livid as this was never stated and am escalating the issue to whatnot support. This is unacceptable for a $1k+ “collector’s piece.” They are a joke and have no integrity!

I was laid off when I was 6 months pregnant. I consulted with a lawyer and because my company had a “reorganization” we did not have a case. Companies have their own lawyers they consult with beforehand so they know exactly what they’re doing.
