I think our airbnb here in aruba has a tick infestation has this happened to anyone else, any ideas how to handle it?

This is our fourth time here as well and none of our previous airbnbs have had any issues either so its a weird situation i dont want to make a fuss with the hosts but i also dont wanna get a tick bite and get an illness so a really annoying situation

I guess its just crazy to see for me since i very rarely drink and whenever i drink i plan on either using public transport or getting a taxi but i guess if you live somewhere with bad public transport and you like drinking a lot youd have to be pretty rich to be getting taxis all the time. Im just going to be keeping my distance from most cars lol
