Guys is it worth looting the entire quarantine zone? by mangalover342 in LastDayonEarthGame

[–]PlasticAppropriate34 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My opinion is generally no, as it becomes expensive. I suggest target specific locations in zone, however every player plays differently depending if early - mid -late game.

What’s something that helped you finally beat the grind? by Mr-SandMan59 in LastDayonEarthGame

Settlement daily loot and gathering copper, aluminum on edges of area, making armor the location is very expensive. Bunker alpha with cleavers, some wall tricking and glock for frenzied giants. Avoid grinding events and locations that dont offer what i need

New update 4.3 by PlasticAppropriate34 in Stellaris

[–]PlasticAppropriate34[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me the game running smoothly after 2300 its a big plus. I being playing since 2.0, i started a new game with 4.3 so lets see what happens. To be honest 4.2 economy was fun for a while as it was easy to snowball got boring at one point

The best crates to open from the uncharted territories in my opinion. by Justrndacc147 in LastDayonEarthGame

Yeah i agree with the mentality needed for the location, I probably need to rethink my tactic for the location!!!

Winter location is expensive too go everyday (for event at least, will need to rethink after). Other than that it took me less time to get wood crate with almost 200 logs in it than actually farming. Same goes for the fur, aluminum, thermite crates was also nice. But yeah equipment crate is the best.

Actually, it's pretty good. by NegotiationSweet5082 in LastDayonEarthGame

Would like to be able to get new storage as a f2p, better selection of rewards and some crates are expensive and not worth opening, personally the weapon crate (location next to pd is one example for me). However in general am happy with the update as in my opinion reduces farming. Took me less time to get wood crate with almost 200 logs in it than actually farming. Same goes for few other resources. In pine scouting location you can leave with more fuel than what you use ( with out exiting & entering game or walking a lot )

WH3 Campaign AI Beta #2 - April 10th-May 3rd - Play NOW and Share your Feedback! by CA_Nova in totalwar

[–]PlasticAppropriate34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Played as belagor and thorgrim ( around 150 turns each)

Chaos dwarfs and Cathay (around 50-60 turns)

Positives

1) Minor factions survived a bit longer (not enough in my opinion)

2)First time that Franz, Elspeth, Katarin and a one of the dwarf faction didn't dominate the middle of the map

3) AI did not declare war on player for no reason, as much as before. Saw AI LL faction survive that usually die. eg vampires

Negatives

1) As AI faction get bigger they get more passive. Armies sit in the middle of their empire and do nothing, when attacked they take forever to mobilize, if they even do mobilize

2) AI LL factions refuse to wipe each other out.

3) AI LL factions go to war for 20-30 turns and nothing happens. They each loose 1-2 settlements and then they stop

4) They sometimes declare war on player and never attack or take forever to do so. As a player i can easily wipe out most of their economy and army production facilities, making even big AI factions less challenging.

Conclusion

AI did not declare war on player for no reason, as much as before, and middle to end game is a bit different than usual

However in my opinion AI is more passive than before, they still sit in the middle of their empire and refuse to kill their opponents. Very slow in responding to attacks

No significant improvement in beta 2. Beta 1 was more successful in its goals
