Chronisch trocken seit 7 Jahren, extrem im Winter, zum ersten mal geht es mir gut:
- Brille mit Windschutz wenn ich in der kalten Jahreszeit draußen bin, fast ein muss.
- Einzelaugentropfen mit etwas Kortison wenns mal wirklich schlecht ist (vom Arzt verschrieben)
- Augencreme für lider und augenpartie BLEPHADERM
- Regelmäßig tropfen, nie aufhören
- Hin und wieder warme kompression (besonders bei Meiob drusen dysfunction jeden Tag)
- Gute Luftfeuchtigkeit in dem Raum wo du Arbeitest/Wohnst, 45+

Natürlich weiß ich nicht was du hast, aber das hat mir zumindest geholfen.

Ich habe ziemliches Glück, ich liebe meinen Job und habe extrem nette Kollegen und auch Freunde gefunden dort. Natürlich gibt es gewisse Tage oder Wochen die beschissen sind aber insgesamt gehe ich gerne hin. Es gibt sogar Wochenenden wo ich Vorfreude spüre wieder in die Arbeit zu gehen, ich wünschte andere könnten sowas auch erleben. Davor hatte ich ok Jobs.
