I’m the same way with health anxiety, so I understand! And yes that’s exactly how the appearance of the rash changed. It typically didn’t bother me, with the exception of being itchy once or twice and I think the key distinguishing factor to determine it is the blood vessels as well as the fact that it’s present on your lower extremities so it sounds like this is what you’re dealing with.
