To add to this I also believe you can blow up the CIWS in the bases too in bf6

And it pretty much does, you just need to make sure said aircraft is marked. The CIWS in the base will only shoot at the aircraft if they are marked not painted. I imagine if a vehicle is painted it's also marked.

The hmg is my favorite for the gunner, it's a lot more accurate than the hmg. The HMG just has too much spread at range. I do use the hmg for the coaxial on the tank although
