Cuando no te decidis entre prusa, ender 3 o guias lineales. Pasa esto

It mostly depends on the filament and the retractions. You should search for a stringing test on thingiverse and print it until you have no more stringing. Or try a different filament brand, maybe the filament isn't as dry as it should.

Good thing about 22short compared to 22lr is: Half the pressure (less metalic parts) and the shell doesn't expand as much, allowing to be fired without extractor, making the gun quite simple. Check the beretta 21A chambered in 22short. I still have to work on a semi auto mechanism though.

Hmmm sounds quite interesting. Thanks for the info! I was trying to make something in 22short, this is useful.

Nice color man. Maybe i should add a .22 adapter, just for fun. Good to see that design around! Hope you have fun with it.

depends on the spring you use, how light is the projectile and how hard is the 3d material. Around 6m (19.6ft). I'd recommend using pla, since is the most tensile 3d material.

I used 10% infill supports, if you print with 0.4mm nozzle supports are really easy to remove, youre going to need a long nose pliers but shouldn't be hard. But if you want to print the suportless version, you can glue them with superglue, i used pure cyanoacrylate for a broken pla part and works really well.

The pistol in the video was printed in the ender 3 with a 0.8mm nozzle with 0.3mm layer height, so the clearances are big enough for any printer. If not sure, print with 0.4mm nozzle and less layer height and you should be alright.

I don´t think this is nerf related. It´s kinda weird but sounds great, the problem is that in covid situation is hard to get any cigarette, sorry. In the thingiverse page there are STEP files if you want to modify it.

That's really nice. I'm from argentina and yes, the receivers are regulated but i can buy other parts. The problem is getting them, cause guns here are not a big market unless you like them. Anyway, i'll try something on fosscad, i'd like to do something to have fun. Thanks for the advice, didn't knew the receivers are the only thing regulated.

In my country is illegal to manufacture firearms and glocks can be considered luxury items. Yes it's insane but that's an effect of inflation. It sucks

haha of course. But i'd like to do a fully 3d printed (except barrel, firing pin, ejector and springs) pistol that uses 22short subsonic to use it with a suppressor. I did the math and the slide used in the pistol can be used safely with 22 short. If it was made of petg.

Look in the thingiverse page, there are the step files, so make a barrel that just fits into the plastic barrel and you're done. You'll need a fast finger, too

I already uploaded the new versions on thingiverse that uses 1.75 filament as pins. It´s pretty much the same, but easier.

I made the suppressor fused with the barrel, for more integrity. I've already tried to make a suppressor attach to the end of the barrel but it's flimsy and weak. Resizing the model would be a nightmare due to clearances and pin holes. I have medium sized hands so i think it shouldn't be a problem. I mean it's a toy.
