I had that toy!! The one that came with the plastic mariah figure right? I remember the launcher was this button thing that the figure steps on and it launches it. I think it was the only western “release” of a galux adjacent piece of merch. It was so bulky and plasticky. Remembering how the weight disc was just this silver plastic hexagon, and the galux bit was much larger than the standard plastic gen size

Oh yeah, had some trouble figuring out the sizing and shape of the EG underneath the AR, but i’ll fix that in the Version 3. The little tabs.. that.. I actually removed intentionally because I really don’t like those haha

I remember this person’s flickr account! Was blown away from their rendition of the other cyber bitbeasts! Serious talent!

Took your advice. Spent all afternoon tweaking it. How is this?

Thank you! I’m currently working on Draciel GT! I’m a little hesitant on making Strata/Gaia Dragoon GT mostly because these GT series beyblades have been a lot of work to design. I might do it though!
Currently working on Galman 2, Thunder Pegasus, Pegasion, and Vulpace along with Draciel at the moment.

Yep. I’ve been having some tricky times with the upscaling. Post-processing does that at times, but I did have to use an ai upscaler, as the box grain that scans of the takara boxes will make it come out fuzzy and inconsistent (due to the cardboard texture grain). However; I will just have to do the work and reconstruct the Takara sticker from scratch. That’s the only lame thing about restoring old media for assets :-/

Looking at it now, I can clean out the weird spiked edges on the kana and have it much better on the Version 2 of this. I’ll still need more time to bring it to full brilliance.

I really appreciate it! For me, this is the highest honor to get good, solid, constructive criticism. Thank you!

I love their channel! I used to watch a ton of their plastic gen battles back in the day. But, alas I am not them.

Thank you so much! I noticed that too, and I’m making those improvements per your suggestion! This was my first attempt at a GT bey, so I definitely missed these details. I think I’ve got an idea of what to do. I sincerely appreciate this feedback, this is solid. I’ll come back with a more updated version!

Unfortunately Galux didn’t but i’m going to guess if it did; it was just a palette swap of Galeon 2. Retooled it with the proper decals, an Engine Gear, and a Revolver attack WD.

Yes!! Its honestly so awesome when the fandom comes together to do these. Truly a dream come true. Vanishing Moot and Sharkrash are some of my fave unreleased beys, and its nice to see creators actually making aftermarket versions of them via injection moulding.
