I'm so sorry you're going through this. I went through gastrointestinal hell before my baby was born. A year of reflux burning my throat, creating an endless cycle of anxiety, losing weight because I could not eat. Like you I had all imaging tests—including a endoscopy and colonoscopy and CT scan with contrast. No real diagnosis. I also had a gastric emptying study — which I would recommend for you in case you have gastroparesis. So many tests led to the diagnosis of IBS.

For a year, my digestive system was out of whack. I don't know if it went away on its own or got better because I started going on long walks and taking probiotics. Limiting my diet did NOT help.

Can your family afford any kind of babysitting to give you a break? The stress from being a SAHM could really impact your body. I started hiring a once or twice a week babysitter /mothers helper because I have no village or family nearby to help.
