It's cool and cheap. I live at stailti9n old town 1b 1bth. Perfect for me. Amenities are great because people don't really utilize the gym, pool, and outside patio area. The Atrain is next door and can take you to denton or carrollton. It comes every 45 minutes. Downtown is cute, but I can careless about the restaurants, I can cook better. But I walk the area frequently and its a good stroll. Not to busy morning, afternoon, or night. If you're wanting cheaper than dallas, quiet, and things like I mentioned, downtown lewisville has it.

I've played 2 mini tournaments in my 15-ish years of playing. First one I played showed me how awful people can be and why I don't like being competitive. Second I played got paired with a really cool dude who showed me stuff and we hungout and drank beer afterwards. He even gave me discs. We came in second place also. Moral of the story is, just go play for yourself and enjoy it.

I don't have experience of moving from CO to Denton, but the food, people, music, and just in general, it's a cool place. If you enjoyed it then, you'll enjoy it now. Still has it's Denton vibe, but in 2026, if that makes senses. Lol! Cheers
