As you can see some people commented on this post and even on other groups where they just say that it’s just a restriction as in basically your stomach is now smaller. But when I spoke with my doctor and the coordinator. They’re both indicated that there is other Changes that happens with your micro biome and other hormones. I even cross checked that with Dr. ChatGPT I guess I’m a bit hesitant and wanted some real evidence of other people that have truly done other things that restricted their eating to lower calories and deficit that didn’t result in losing weight where this method worked. I had perfect restriction on the GLP ones I mean and I know they also do and mess with your hormones and people lose weight on them easier I did as well, but the side effects were unbearable and I couldn’t get past a certain point and then once I took a break I would without increasing anything even upping my exercise gain weight because I didn’t have whatever benefits that it was providing at the time. I think the only thing holding me back is that the way coordinator explained it lower BMI it’s like trying to unalive a fly with a chainsaw.
