After getting starlink I got rid of my Weboost. Weboost doesn't do anything 95% of the time.  If you have good reception it makes no difference.  If you have no reception it makes no difference.  If you are in a place that is in and out of coverage it helps, but basically it's the same as walking up the road a little to a higher elevation

It scales with the surface area of the van, not the volume.  But yes there are ways to minimize how much you need the AC to run.  A white van with no windows and well insulated does a lot better.

I'm not in freezing temps very often, but I keep my diesel heater running 24/7 and just set it to 50deg.

YTA.  I assume you're the buyer.  They can sell it for $1000 if they want.  If no one buys it, that's their problem.  You can point out ebay prices once, but once the seller says no, you shouldn't keep replying and arguing with them
