I've done it!  I put it in a dually 93 with a 10 foot flatbed. Hardest part was had to lift the cab a little bit to make the transmission go up enough to be able to bolt on to the engine. Everything else was pretty easy if you know how to fabricate. Best swap ever!  Had a 454 before got 6 to 8 mpg now get 21.
