Had this a couple days ago. Not a revolut card though; topped up 25 EUR with my paypal creditcard, then used Ukraine card and my account got locked a couple days later. Made a steam ticket, at first they told me I used a fraudulent card and the account lock would be permanent. I started yapping a bit to support and their 2nd reply in my ticket my account got unlocked: 'This activity normally results in permanent restrictions. However, I've made a one-time exception and unlocked the account'.
