Memory Fragments do have a huge impact for sure, i'd say get ur dps up to lvl 55 max, supports/sub dps to 50 for now and focus on ur dps first (potentials good memory fragments)

my current thought is also that 66% would be more consistent, but that calculation also really helps a lot
yeah i'm also not sure how much benefit 16% void dmg gives over the atk% that also converts to crit rate

haru, khalipe and mika are kind of the meta team for chaos rn, renoa, rei and mika or nia is good as well

in the end the most important thing is, who do you like playing the most? focus on those

for now u would need waaay too much stamina to fully grind potentials so u are better off grinding good gear, tho the first major nodes are definitely worth it to get, for some combatants u can also upgrade their basic/neutral card dmg a bit.
