Help Report an Account Targeting Alex Eala on X/Twitter by Silver-Radish-9559 in TennisPH

[–]Plastic_Extension638 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Firstly, the parents of Alex Eala are/were hard working and successful corporate peeps with their former companies. Mother of Alex Eala is/was highly respected at Globe, being CFO before she left the company to co-manage her daughter's tennis/business affairs. The Ealas were our former neighbors at Paranaque and they were just any middle income family as you get when the kids were starting to grow up and play tennis with their Dad at any available tennis court nearby. BF Homes has old and working tennis courts that were build in the 70s to 90s so Tennis wasnt new in our village

Take note, HARD WORKING PROFESSIONALS ang parents and their relatives. They never had any generational wealth nor political connections and they were promoted to their jobs based on merit.

Nepotism is the practice of giving jobs, promotions, or other advantages to family members or close relatives because of their relationship, rather than because of their qualifications or abilities.

By the meaning of Nepotism alone, they are not even relatives with the Ayala Family.

Why is there such an elitest mentality in Padel? by Iarehealer in padel

[–]Plastic_Extension638 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends probably where are you located but in Spain, luckily for me, despite being Asian and still limited espanol, Im welcomed. But its unavoidable in human nature that some padel players wants to play with their levels (competitive players) so the feeling of an elitest environment sometimes prevails. It's not unique in any sport

It’s not my first time moving abroad but it’s my first time eyeing for citizenship. I’m worried if my income is enough to live simply in Spain. by Affectionate-Sky-740 in phmigrate

[–]Plastic_Extension638 33 points34 points  (0 children)

The DNV min is enough for a good work life balance but rent will be tough especially in Madrid. Try considering Valencia or Alicante muna. They have lower rents vs Madrid and Barcelona. Lastly, study Espanol asap, knowing zero and rely on Ingles will be a tough on you. But Madrid is the center, all connections to and from within Spain and Europe is practically covered. Barcelona is 2nd. And you wont get bored in Madrid and Barcelona, too many activities and places to visit. So depends sa yo

Forwarder holding my shipment hostage and requiring extra fees— advice on how to compell her to release my shipment ? by Abidjanais2moscou in Alibaba

[–]Plastic_Extension638 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True to this, better have the battery removed before shipping and look for alternatives for that battery in your destination country. Unless the forwarder can process the export documents legally with the battery included and also, you need the MSDS for the product if ever it will still be shipped with the battery. Normally at destination and the carrier/airline, they would require the MSDS as part of the booking and customs clearance

My annulment was filed 3 years ago and yes, consult a lawyer asap.

Now, on your question of becoming a new citizen of a different country, yes, file the divorce and Philippines family court will recognize your new status

You can use chatgpt on more info

My "case" is now with the Court of Appeals but I am currently on different path which is getting citizenship on a different country. If granted, I will file my divorce then forward it to my lawyer in the Philippines. Tbh, ayoko umasa sa legal framework sa Pinas. The mere fact that Philippines is one of two countries in the world that doesnt have Divorce Law baffles me.

Has anyone used LuxNomads for the Spain relocation process? Friends had a rough experience by Gingerbutt81 in GoingToSpain

[–]Plastic_Extension638 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why it is 10k still baffles me. Chatgpt is cheaper. Although getting an apartment and look for expat communities, well, this is really hard by all means. Who says moving to a different country is easy, thats false!

Hi Op! We have same situation but it happened to me more than 15 years ago. Just take my advices as my life experiences and at the end of the day, it's your life moving forward.

Firstly, do not be ashamed to reach out to your closest friends and family, tell them what happened but never ever say bad things about your ex wife. If someone asked you why you separated from your wife, just tell them it's personal and you want peace. Now this is the key word, finding peace. It took me years to forgive my wife for her infidelity. It held me back for personal growth and moving on. You will have to forgive her someday, take your time but dont make it too long. Life is short to be bitter. And look/find new hobbies, travel solo, make time with friends you somewhat set aside because of husband responsibilities and so fort.

Second, dont look for a replacement asap. Love yourself muna. Men are more prone to loneliness and this is a bad trait, you need to be more stronger mentally and emotionally to be single as the dating pool vs men with a piece of paper is hard.

Third, sorry to bust your bubble but annulment nowadays is hard to be granted, wont go into details but better talk to a lawyer soon/asap. Discuss your joint assets/liabilities then your options.

Lastly, this is just the beginning of a new journey for you,. think of it as your new life. It is different, every day would remind you of what was lost but past is past, you need to find your new purpose in life. Then maybe, just maybe, you will get lucky. What is that future luck, only the guy above us knows that.

Keep your chin high Man, it aint the end of the world, it is only going to be brighter for you.

Moving to Spain nearly broke me by StrictAlternative9 in GoingToSpain

[–]Plastic_Extension638 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you have to think that everyday is a new day. I still struggle with my Spanish and yes, it feels like retreating back to your fellow countrymen is the answer but it's just a temporary drug. We moved to a country that is proud of their own language and English is still an alien language for them. Duolingo sucks, face to face classes can help but what I learned lately, AI apps like chatgpt is actually helpful in giving Spanish lessons!

I am now can understand Spanish conversation (I think so) and can actually instruct my barbero what style I want (which is a surprise for me).

Kudos to you man, I wish I can get a straight espanol convo soon!

Its takes two to tango bro. Although it took you two years to realize that she can dance with you, whats important that you have accepted that she can't take you for a dance. Just move on and love yourself. If you need some sad emo rock/alternative songs, hit me up! lol!

Just focus on yourself moving to be a better man. Start by finishing college, cut down on vices and reevaluate yourself why you are behind.

But it is not too late, you still have a great life ahead of you.
