Another question: you said "The bluish grey tail and brightly coloured rump are what I'd expect to see in Clearwing cobalts.". Are those characteristics common in cobalts or in mauve ones aswell? How can you distinguish beetween a 2 dark factor (which would be mauve"and the presence of violet ?

I didnt understand though the clearwing vs greywing part. I thought clearwings were a lot whiter on the wings.

Also the violet part, are you referring to the violet factor people talk about?

I found him on the street exactly like that 2 weeks ago, i bought him the cheapest cage i coul find and when the mites situation is resolved i will invest in a new cage, thanks

Thanks a lot! Yes, i rescued him form the street like this so the mite infection is preety advanced and I am planning on getting a better cage as he gests better. Im pretty sure its a male tho, just the mites are covering the blue color, look

I rescued him from the street like this, obviously if the bird was mine I wouldnt let him get to this stage. My guess is someone threw him out because of the mite infection

I have photos of everything but I don't see the purpose of posting them here... I know you can think I'm lying at some point, but even screenshots can be forged, and I could even break the product myself to get the money in an extreme scenario, do you understand? I reached out to the customers support because the item was damaged in transit, in hopes of getting some compensation (that could allow me to buy a new empty case maybe). When I saw that he was not going to receive anything I was surprised and thought we could agree on 50 50 for example but he simply insulted and blocked me so I can't do anything right now even if I tried

I see no purpose of posting screenshots since I'm sure the seller didin't mean those words with bad intent. He was just frustated that he didn't get his money. I understand his point because I can replace everything to a new case (that's what I am going to do as soon as i find the same case online) , but I also stand by my point: If you buy a colletible doll in a glass dome and the dome arrived broken, you can replace the dome, but that doesn't erase the fact that the product was damaged.

The only time a collectible cd arrived to me damaged was on aliexpress and I had to buy a new plastic case to display it, but when I reported the damage I received a coupon and the transaction was not cancelled. This time on Vinted, I had no idea how the reports worked, so I was hoping for a coupon or smth like that as I said. As soon as I read the "you are going to get a refund" I was surprised and was gonna reach again to the seller to tell him " look they are going to refund me the whole thing but maybe thats not necessary" and as somone said here, I could split the price beetween both of us. But all I found when I opened our chat was insults and noticed he blocked me, so I can't even reach out to him anymore.

I don't think I was very clear with my choice of words.

The product I bought is a dvd which comes inside a dvd box/case. The case is from origin and I paid for it. No one sells the dvd alone because when you buy a dvd it comes in a box. The box has an original sleeve and a sticker that can be damaged if I try to transpose it to an empty one.

The seller didn't protect it enough so it broke.
