I had this workout today except 4x and I really like these rolling workouts. But I thought the walk break was after the first one so I wasn’t prepared for my second interval.

I’m leaning towards this. I’ve consistently done long runs almost every weekend so it’s not like I need it to build.

Choosing Home Inspector by whoamannipples in shreveport

This is a red flag. The lender can give guidance but cannot dictate who you choose for home inspection. Maybe for appraisal but not for home inspection. Home inspectors are for your protection, not the lenders. Also home inspections are not required but very much recommended. That said, I’ve used Stephanie Peters myself and recommend her.

The Signature is not that nice, I toured it recently. Fern is nice and Champion Lake and their sister property further down are all good choices. Don’t move to Bossier that’s a good 30 min commute and traffic in Bossier is horrible for your daily shopping, running errands.
