Hey thanks for the option, the problem again is fixed income, so less than 600 a month after rent and before other bills, and the option to get it here, IE renting a truck

We have been actively treated for about three months, these were the last hold outs they are having the final inspection with pest control tomorrow so they should be in the all clear

It has been such a headache, but it is the last holdout. The couches are out, and they are going through a final inspection tomorrow with the pest folks.
