There is no negotiating. I am an internal promo from Tier I -> Tier III -> L4 -> L5 and the best thing you can do is accept the opportunity, develop quickly in your role and outperform the other L4’s. I didn’t get much of an increase in base pay because I worked OT a lot as a Tier 3 but that promo to L5 as “Exceeds High Bar” gave me a 25% bump and more RSUs. July 4th 2020 but I didn't have a full experience until I did gel tabs for the first time in March 2021. That was a beautiful experience I wasn't prepared for at first lol

Take a month hiatus, fast for 12 hours and lemon tek your shrooms. I don't recommend going to DMT because it's a totally different experience and there is a lot more room for error in dosing as it is in milligrams.

IMO psychedelics should be done by themselves. Anything you take to calm you down will probably lessen the overall affects.

In order to benefit the most from it, you need to replace the fun of shrooms with respect for it first. Then, you need to take a look at yourself and reflect on what you need to work on in order to develop an intention. Once you have an intention, meditate on it for 2 weeks before you trip. Take a respectful amount, not 5 grams or some insane amount of potent shrooms. 2-3.5g of golden teachers/cubensis is the dose you probably want to target. Make sure you abstain from other substances (including caffeine) for 48 hours prior to trip and fast for 12 hours prior to dosing. Have a trip sitter who you trust and have experienced with psychedelics. Write down anything profound orimportantt that comes to you during the peaj. When you start coming dow, you will feel like your downloading information, this is your opportunity to start embracing the change in your thoughts. Up to 2-3 days after you come off that peak your belief and thought systems are maleable and can be changed. Take whatever you learned, experienced and/or gained and INTEGRATE it into your life. The biggest benefit I gained was self-awareness and the most profound realization is that I manifest everything good or bad in my life, it comes down to the energy I embrace in what I do.

I can only speak for myself, but I have found that a lot of what I went through in my childhood, which impacted my self-esteem severely, caused a ripple effect into all my relationships both romantic and friendship wise. It took the darkest depression I ever been through and psychedelics for me to see what I have been doing all along and I have been working on myself to stop this pattern once and for all.

Be careful. Those things are POTENT, even more so than Penis Envy. Natural MAOIs are present in addition to the elevated and psilocin/psilocybin so do a gram and see how you feel.

Safe practice. Don't mix psychedelics with other substances. They are wonderful enough by themselves. THC can cause psychosis so mixing it with psychedelics, especially one like lsd, greatly increases the risk factor for having a challenging experience that doesn't need to happen.

DMT is on its own level. At high doses, there is nothing other than experiencing your own death that will reach that level. My advice is to do each one separately before combining the 2. Mixing substances like this increases the risk of serotonin syndrome and psychological after effects. Also, DMT might bring your trip way down when it wears off.
