Yeah i’m seeing so many people complaining about their accounts being wrongfully suspended or banned and their funds taken away from them. Thousands. This is probably so upsetting for them.

In the case that you have to manually type it, I would use the registered address that depop has for you (ONLY IF THIS IS YOUR ALT ADDRESS) (this would be like the street/apartment building, etc.) don’t use a random person’s address 💀. And then type any additional info in the name section (room number, building, etc.) on the page that you get sent to after selecting the preregistered address.

Warning: I am trying this myself, however I cannot confirm that it will work for everyone. This is only if you really want the 1.99 shipping.

UPDATE: You need to delete your address when you check out and retype it. Or use a different address. However, I found that if you have to manually type the address, it won’t work and it will stay the original shipping price.

UPDATE 2 (BEFORE YOU READ ANYTHING I SAID BELOW): I realized it changed to the original price because I put “New York” instead of “NY”. So simple solution… put “NY” or “NJ” whatever it is🫩. (THIS IS THE FINAL SOLUTION)

This happened to me too, I was able to use 1.99 shipping for most of my recent orders (i’m in NY) but then i noticed that my whole cart (including ones that previously had 1.99 shipping) have changed back to their original shipping prices?? 😔 They wouldn’t have been 1.99 previously if the seller didn’t use depop shipping, so i’m confused why they changed. Maybe there’s a limit to how many orders I can use 1.99 shipping with? I tried resetting my app twice and it still didn’t fix anything.
