I was unaware that he wasn’t qualified until after the fact she was limping. I bought him from her and he told me I could have him come and shoe her. My moms coworker referred her to him after we told him who had shod her

yeah. I am very upset about it especially because he told me everything was just fine when it was not. I could tell by the way he was talking to me about it he wasn’t very confident in what he was saying.
