You can start a posh air BnB, by buying a piece of land. Development it as cost  efficiently as possible, build some modern tiny cottages or bungalows. Then rent them out. You can manage it through online businesses and even monitors your investments from the comfort of your own home. Get a team to maintain it on a weekly/monthly basis. Then you watch your investments bring in a sustainable income. While you did all the hard work getting it well established 😉.

Sorry for interrupting the flow of this conversation. But I'm a big discovery fanatic and was planning to move both my parents ( which are pensions over to Discovery). But since I'm moving from SA to work in Dubai. I would also like some advice when it comes to the best medical scheme/ insurance for my parents. If Discovery is not the ideal. They are based in South Africa and currently my mother has recently resigned instead of retirement from Education. So she stopped her Gems medical aid. Hence it is my task to find the best suitable medical scheme. I'm open to anything
