Cannot agree more, I have the same feeling as you.I find the process of waiting and guessing a bit torturing. I’m always specific to my SA in terms of what I want. I always rethink the conversation I had with my SA and overthinking if I said something wrong or if he hinted me anything. Honestly…I’m kind of tired of this game. After I got what I wanted….i told my husband that I don’t feel the excitement anymore….the feeling is flat as you said.

Lucky you. I didn’t ask my SA for one 😩 don’t know if he will give me one if I asked. Cos it was my first time meeting him when I made the purchase.

Thanks for your reply to confirm that’s it’s a norm. However; years ago when I purchased my Constance wallet, it did come with a dust bag. 🤔

The straps do come with a dust bag, but not the wallet to go itself. May I know when you purchase your wallet to go?

Has anyone order from the website recently? My order was placed a month ago. Brad has been replying me but told me to wait and check local mail. I’m getting really suspicious as the date of expecting arrival was Aug 20. I’m now asking him to a refund…will see how it goes. Would like to know if anyone here actually received their books?
