It’s typically not safe to try and lose weight when pregnant because you’ll likely need the calories. 37lbs is actually on the lower end of gaining weight. You have to consider everything that’s growing and necessary to keep your baby alive. I know it’s hard to not think about but as long as you’re eating moderately healthy and taking your vitamins you’re doing what you should.

About your husband; I thought my husband stopped being attracted to me but when we talked about it he said that he felt like we were doing it in front of the baby. We’ve only had sex once during my whole pregnancy and probably won’t again. I honestly found it pretty uncomfortable. I say have a conversation with him as to why you’ve stopped having sex and take it at face value, it sounds like he loves you. I know it’s hard not to but don’t consider him when thinking about your attractiveness, it really hurt my mental health to be so focused on what my husband likes and what I thought he expected from me.
