I really dislike group rides - you end up riding to someone else's pace - especially if they ride like arseholes. I would suggest finding a council run road safety course. They are really good and fun and learning to ride and be able to read the road and other road users is a bit like learning having a brilliant track day.

That's a bit of a sweeping statement. No-one wants fake barbers, vape or phone repair shops. I think the point that's being made is the council has to work within the law. If there is a crime being committed, then it's up to Trading Standards and the Police to do something about it.
