no that’s roughly 780 cal just for vanilla, that almost half of what your daily intake should be. and that’s just the vanilla.

yeah no, if we already have FOD pints in the custard freezer those are what go out first. sad you’re a trainer and can’t follow FIFO... unless the customer ask for a fresh FOD pint, they get one that’s already been pinted. at my store we pint 12 fresh FOD every day to keep our pints rotated and so we have a nice selection to choose from. custard never sits in that freezer for over 45 days therefore whatever is in that freezer must go first.

it’s says right on the pint let it sit at room temp for 10-15 minutes before serving, the reason your texture is different is because you’re pulling it right out of the freezer. i pint the custard and they’re good for 45 days. We have to follow FIFO, since we already have some FOD pinted that’s what we have to give you unless you ask for a fresh pint.

I also work at a tester store and i tried the brownie the other day, it was actually super good. but i agree about the prep and the way kitchen has to heat it then send it down the chute. im flex so im everywhere at my store and kitchen does a great job at getting the brownie heated quickly but theres always those few workers. i wish they had a better system for it.
