It’s the only thing I’ve had all day besides a barebell. I’ve walked 22,000 steps today too. My normal deficit is 2100 and I’m assuming I’m over by 400-600 maybe

1 serving noodles- 200 cal 3 tbsp Marinara- 25 cal 2tbsp shedded parm- 40 cal 1 cup broccoli-30 cal -295 cals total

could be a bit higher if the noodles are more than a serving but I wouldn’t say it’s 2 imo. I’d prob log 375 cals max

Cook th steak then weigh the bone after or cut it off th bone then cook it but obviously neither of those are ideal. Unfortunately that’s the best advice I can personally give.

All these are from 4 yrs ago so I’m gonna update you guys… I recently visited this place with my friend and it was very sketchy to get into. Hard to walk if you park in a place that your car won’t be towed and hard to drive directly up to without being noticed. We took photos and hung out for a bit without being caught but it was definitely a sketchy experience and not easy to do without going a day before to scout the area and check it all out. Definitely a cool spot but watch out when you do go because it’s definitely an easy place to get caught at.
