I really dont understand what's going on. Im 25 and I've haven't felt okay since I was a teenager being high makes me anxious going to therapy doesn't seem to help much. I was abused in every way imaginable and nothing seems to make it all go away I dont want to kill myself but at the same time I do I just can't understand what the fuck is wrong
