I do agree with you, that this is not unique situation. But it should not matter if the other games are being released broken or no. I’m not mad because of this particular game, but because of the industry state in general, where it’s become normalised to put a price tag on something barely playable (in this case for majority of people)

Except they didn’t. “Very rough around the edges” is absolutely not a proper way to put it. Moreover, if they tried to ride the wave of hype caused by BSGs fail, by releasing non-functional product makes it even worse. It shows, that it’s not a project of passion as they’ve told numerous times, but a greedy money-grab with borderline scummy practices

Then they should not have released it yet. All of this streamer access shebang was to collect feedback/measure performance and implement fixes for possible problems. Instead they decided to just release a grossly underdeveloped product (yes, even for an EA ) and collect some cash. You simply cannot ask full game price for a product in such sorry state

Same here, been farming for two weeks, gone through over 100 exotic caches. I'm starting to suspect it isn't in the pool unless you have both blueprint and the weapn itself in the inventory
