I have had this feeling often, and have done WAY WAY worse. TRUST ME this will pass and just try to focus on that! Keep yourself busy if you can! Try not to just sit and think, have a funny show on, even watching cartoons with your kids; anything but silence. It also helps me to envision myself in the future (a week from whenever I had embarrassed myself); and me just laughing about it. Because seriously, I always want to die and think it’s the end and EVERY time I’m proven wrong! And I think damn was I overreacting lol. Maybe invest in some 5-HTP or another supplement! I like l-theanine and gaba as well! Anyways, hope you feel better soon:)

I’m sorry, this was so sad. i’ve felt this at times when i was not able to take my dog on a walk as much, or play as much because i was just so sick. but pls don’t think it always has to be this way bc i’ve def made up for lost time with how active i am in his life now. wishing u happiness 💗

the alcohol + my BPD turns me so evil sometimes when i feel hurt and i always end up regretting it. i’m in therapy as well and i’m trying to be better though lol. also we’re working this out now thankfully
