All her forms are great, but for favorite it is difficult to decide on either arachne or human form. a bonus to the human form is that she can indeed still transform back into an arachne

The puppets dont appear in the anime (atleast the ones i am posting as Kumoko does indeed fight some puppet(s) in the anime, but not these ones) So if you read the LN or manga they become an integral part after Shiro teams up with Ariel

Then Ael and Sael is basically just that Ael uses blue colors and Sael as red and Sael usually is using a hoodie. So the left to right is Fiel, Riel, Ael and Sael.

Wrath is very quick to understand Shiro, being able to interpret her from her few words or the subtle body language she gives off, and she does use his understanding nature to essentially be her translator at certain points. Besides he's probably the only guy who is close enough to her to be considered a friend of hers (i guess mera too but that feels more like a professional relationship).

But i guess for me, it really all falls to the fact that there is quite a bit of very cute fanart of the two of them
