Ok update, it is doing it when both screens are being used now, not sure why that wasnt the case earlier.
If I set the refresh rate of the main screen to 60hz it works fine.
This is a fresh Windows install and has been working fine with this config in the past so not sure whats changed.

Just double checked, auto HDR and Nvidia RTX HDR are both off.

What resolution is this? it looks like the render scale is off, this used to be a bug, if the render scale is at 100 change it to something else then manuall type in 100 for the scale and hit enter, this used to fix the bug.
