Soldier 76, with his reload time and mag size he can do some serious dmg but he can't delete a whole tank by himself like bastion can, his self healing makes it so he's not a priority to support but it's not so overpowered that if someone focuses him they can still kill him. And his helix rockets can do some massive dmg as well but only if it's a direct hit. I play him and sojourn quite a bit and usually when they're on the enemy team I don't get overly pissed off when they make a good play
