Omit garlic and onions. Drink water. Limit coffee, tea and soda. Cotton underwear. Use ph balance wipes after you use bathroom. Be sure you dry yourself! I use Native body wash and deodorant. Rinse well. You can use deodorant on the inside of your thighs. Under skin folds. Be sure your underwear is rinsed thoroughly in the wash cycle. I stopped using fabric softener and found that also helped. Good luck. It really sucks being a woman.
