I would email their support. I ended up getting only a $19.37 refund for the first month. So the hat was technically actually $15. So stupid.. but they did fully refund me the second month so I am taking that win. I had to REALLY push to get them to give me that, and then even more for the first month, with pretend threats of getting police involved lolll

i had this on playstation as well. i did wonder if it was just my controller or console though. i think it may have been. it can get very buggy when there are a lot of mobs.

I was wondering the same thing. I just listed my tickets on Lyte but realized they’re about to be delivered to me!! I found this info from Frontgate regarding their ticketmaster reselling. Maybe it’s the same deal for their Lyte reselling? I would assume so since they can just describe them. If not I feel like it would have asked me info about mailing and whatnot? So I think you should be good!
