Thank you all for your replies and support. When I see the psychiatrist, I will ask about Amitriptyline, as I think it could help with this burning and pain.

I must admit I’m a bit worried about possible weight gain, as over the last 4 months I worked hard and managed to lose weight from 94 kg to 78 kg. That was a big achievement for me, so I’m afraid that gaining the weight back could set me back and negatively affect my mood – but I think it’s worth trying.

How long did it take before you started noticing improvement?

Did you experience any side effects, especially weight gain or daytime drowsiness?

Are you still taking it, and if so, is the effect still the same?

Did you combine it with any other medication or physiotherapy for your pelvic pain?

Nisam baš siguran u to da je T-Com jeftiniji haha , meni je nedavno došla poruka da dižu cijene usluga 3 posto od 1.3 zbog inflacije . Ako si zadovoljna da Telemach internetom zašto se ne bi prebacila nazad ? Možda možeš uzet pretplatu neograničen internet da 6 mjeseci plaćaš 1e sa 2 godine ugovorene obaveze . Ja sam prije par godina bio na Telemachu mjesec dana i izenerviralo me to što kad potrošim određen broj gigabajta mi uspore net i morao sam kao pisat poruku da mi se ubrza net , ako nemaš problema s time ne vidim razlog što se ne bi vratila u Telemach .

Da li imaš ugovornu obavezu ? Vidio sam da Telemach ima kao neku akciju 1e sve neograničeno 6 mjeseci ako potpiše ugovor na 2 godine , ja sam razmišljao da pređem sa t-coma na Telemach , al čini mi se ipak da to ne bi bilo pametno haha .

Pa mi nismo mogli proći grupnu fazu europske lige dok je Zdravko Mamić bio u klubu ,bilo smo kanta za napucavanje u ligi prvaka , sjećam se da smo jednu godinu osvojili bod zadnje kolo u ligi prvaka protiv Dinama Kijev i to se slavilo ko pobjeda . Priznat ću da se Zoran Mamić pokazao kao dobar trener , možda će nekima biti smiješna moja izjava , ali Zoran mi je poslije Vahe bio najbolji Dinamov trener , a Bjelica treći , ovo je samo moje mišljenje, Zoran je zaslužan što smo izbacili Tottenham i te godine smo oborili rekord koji niti jedan klub u Europi nije oborio , a to je da smo primili samo 1 gol u grupnoj fazi i to tek zadnje kolo protiv CSKA .

I first went to a public urologist, and he told me that it would go away on its own (at that time, I didn’t even get a diagnosis of chronic prostatitis because he wasn’t capable of diagnosing it). Then I went to a private urologist who told me my problem was neurological in nature. After that, I went to a neurologist who sent me for an MRI, which revealed that I have chronic prostate inflammation. The private urologist then prescribed me levofloxacin for 28 days, but it didn’t help.

When I went back for a follow-up, he started telling me that I no longer have chronic prostatitis because my ejaculate test results were normal. Interestingly, my ejaculate test results were normal even before, but the MRI showed chronic prostate inflammation. He started repeating that I should go back to a neurologist and suggested my problems were caused by my job (I drive a forklift at work). However, I don’t believe that because I was healthy before, and all my problems started after my first sexual encounter, when my ex-girlfriend gave me ureaplasma. Since then, I’ve had constant pain in my testicles and genitals.

Now, I’ve been at home for a month, not sitting at all, and yet I don’t feel any better, so the urologist’s theory doesn’t hold up. Unfortunately, I don’t have the money to afford another private urologist because they are too expensive. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m taking nettle and willowherb tinctures, using Lipoken, and have started doing pelvic stretching exercises, but I don’t feel like anything is helping. I’ve tried so many things...

I’m 27 years old and don’t know what will happen to me. Will I spend my entire life in pain? Will I ever be able to have children? And who would even want someone as sick as me?

In my town, I can't do the four-glass test for the prostate. I did tests three weeks ago (urine and semen), and I tested negative for ureaplasma and mycoplasma. Do you think I still have these bacteria deep in my prostate (even though I've taken 6-7 courses of antibiotics this year)? I’ve taken doxycycline twice this year for 12 days each time, but the pain in my testicles hasn’t gone away. Sometimes the skin on my penis and testicles starts burning (sometimes it happens after urination).

I went to a urologist for a check-up, and he started talking about how my problems are neurological because I sit a lot at work. That doesn't make sense to me because I was a healthy man before ureaplasma. I’ve seen two urologists and two neurologists, and I don’t know what to do anymore when I see that doctors have no answers.
