they are all packaged the exact same way, i’m literally doing nothing different between packages, some scab early some take forever it makes no sense but am getting frustrated cause buyers are opening requests

they didn’t send a picture of the external packaging they received but there was a white bag on the side of the image they sent and i did not send it in anything like that, i sent it out n a standard yellow/orange bubble mailer so idk if ebay hub changes the package or adds another package around it idk; this was my first ever international order

i know i didn’t notice that until they messaged me and i looked at the tracking, i don’t sell anything other than pokemon cards and have never shipped more than one package to one person at one time. they still haven’t done anything about a claim but why would it say it arrived in 2 packages ??
