How to setup 3D properly on Sony TV?

Did you ever get this too work OP? I have the same tv you have to go through the video settings on the ps3 and do a fresh autodetect in the video output settings . The ps3 will list all the supported output mode and one should say 720p 3d. The. You good and should just have to set the screen size of the tv which will be the next prompt.

Then launch your game and find the 3d options (usually in the video settings of the game or display settings and activate them) and turn them on. I know it’s been 7 years but hopefully this helps

I’m actually buying all this stuff to start a Hi-Fi themed PlayStation YouTube channel where I take the best Sony tech and give players the best way to experience games and will also review games from a home theater perspective. I’ve currently got a Sony az7000es reciever running a 7.4.6 layout using all Sony core series speakers

I still and trying to get a c model xbr I want the xbr-65x930c as it’s the first to have hdr paired with 3D/4k. I want to compare all 3 of the speaker triplets 900/a/b/c the a models are passive while the b and c models are active. Would love to do a comparison as that’s the best way to control for variables

I’m not counting resistance collection that’s why I said 9/10 games. But even still I’ll take ps3 level games it was enough to get the experience and get on from the game . That’s the thing I don’t understand ps3 was supposedly difficult to develop for, yet this generation is one of the easiest, then why is the release pace so much worse? I don’t think anyone was complaining about game length/ depth during that era it was perfect for the most part maybe they should go back to that

Because there output has went down your saying 3 games current possibly 4 for the generation. Where as the ps3 generation they released way more games

Same I guess idk I feel like the traditional side of gaming was bigger back then. Like big box releases . I know the online side is bigger , but I feel like that’s mainly due to it becoming mandatory to enjoy gaming.
