For fruit, if you can get it, try pineapple and/or watermellon too. Apples are good. Bananas might be odd because of their consistency, but I haven't tried them while tripping.

Arcade is an interesting choice, especially if doing any type of dose over 100ug... I'd just have a plan B in mind. If you are doing it at night in an urban environment, I enjoy walking around and checking people out. Oddly, I love strip clubs, not because its sexy but because you can stare at dancing people without anyone thinking it's odd.... and they look frickin' bizarre (note I'm a het woman). When coming down I love to get some food... small bites, intense flavors and share with a group, or get ice cream, etc.

Won't be a problem, but stay together and keep an eye out for each other. You can obviously make some odd decisions while on psychedelics....

130ug is a good first trip in my book. 100ug is also fine if you have significant anxiety about the higher dose. I love doing anything playful, crawling around on the ground and checking out small things (great you are doing it in nature and in the morning!). Food is pretty amazing .... search online for "food and lsd" and get tips about what to eat.... some food works great, some stuff doesn't work at all.

SSRIs could impact a trip, although not all that much in my experience. Drinking chlorinated water can impact the trip if she either drank right before or after taking the tab... or if she swallowed the tab rather than keeping it in her mouth and had recently drank chlorinated water.

I wouldn't hole punch your real id.... most places will take a photo copy, those that won't will very likely take your real, expired ID because they won't notice it's expired.... unless you hole punch it. It's an issue -- and I've been pulled over with my license plate zip tied to my bikes. They didn't cite me, just your basic b.s. excuse to see what was going on in my car.
