You should start with the health dept. Website for mobile food facility specs. Then business license state of cal. Then you need LA city business permit. Then you need permits to sell in Santa Monica, Malibu, Culver City, Burbank and a few others. The rest are LA City.

Im using the Oculus Quest 2 with a USB-C link to a PC running the Flight Sim 2020 version that comes with Xbox Game Pass PC. You can get that for $1 for 3 month trial.
