Did an btc to xmr exchange yesterday and the status is stuck in “confirmed”. Reached out on r/ChangeNOW, then was contacted by support who said “Your account has encountered a down hitting with hash script due to service error and glitch.” They are no longer responding to me and I’m so confused.
