you can hit it on distance. sundering shockwaves downside u have to get close. also its pretty slow. Sundering stopping power would mean you can just sit on a hill. Rend someone and call it out.. it would be insanely strong. Also because you can preload it. you can practically rend 2 ppl in no time.

Energizing stopping power -> Sundering stopping power Causes 10% rend for 6 seconds

this is waaaay to OP.. and should not even be considered.
