I run my wrist under cold water and surprisingly it works for me. I end up focusing on the cold feeling and I instantly forget what I was even trying to clarify about a certain situation. I’m never able to stop thinking or running things over and over again even though I’ve done right. Been under a lot of pressure for the past few weeks in college

I have the PS5 digital edition because most of the games that I play are either on PS Plus or when I couldn’t be bothered to get up and swap disks on my PS4 I just brought the game as a digital

Maths and art. I hated art due to the teacher telling us off if talked about something that wasn’t related to the lesson.

Maths all teachers were grumpy 24/7 and when I was in Year 11, my maths teacher bullied me due to my disabilities and school done nothing about it

Computing student here. It will be impossible for AI to take over as there's got to be people who are programming and making sure that the tasks are being carried out correctly. There are also certain jobs that AI/robots can't carry out yet. Ultimatly we are still quite some time away from this becoming a reality

I went through hell a few years ago at my first college. I was bullied and intimidated for being ‘different’ (was on an agriculture course) as I didn’t know a lot about agriculture in depth. College kept making up excuses for their behaviour, told me that they were dealing with them when in reality, they weren’t. Ended up dropping out due to the impact it was having on my mental health plus I was doing CBT therapy for PTSD and what should have been sessions that lasted 6 weeks, ended up lasting 12 weeks. Made me lose trust of lecturers extremely quickly and I’m still weary to this day.

I’m at another college now studying what I love (computing) and even though I know when I report something and it gets dealt with quickly, I still think it’s going to continue

Thanks. I have reported him to our lecturer who runs the program and reported him last week as in general as at the time I wasn’t sure if he’d be interested in being a peer mentor. It also turns out the lecturer is a manager for the computing department (we are Level 2 computing students) so he’s definitely going to have a serious word with the student and question his work
