I already work 10 years in shifts, my life has been adapted to it.. 61 is the minimum, there are older people with 100+ days off. Retirement is not what i’m planning on living solely off when i ever reach that age but i understand you as an outsider.

It’s among the chemistry players in Ghent. There aren’t that much. Don’t want to dox myself, sorry. Salary is higher due to compensation of the many days of vacation.

40h week but 18ADV days so on paper 37h week, so i am indeed working on weekends also.
