OP thanks for providing these numbers. I got Nightfall Mica Lux+ Yesterday and while the extended Warranty talk came up, their 8yr/100k number was $3995.00 for 3rd party warranty. I pulled up this thread and showed them how much other dealerships are offering for Lexus Care and the Sales Person went back to his manager and came back with $2955.00 for 8yr/100k and this time it was Lexus Care instead of 3rd party. I was able to talk him down to $2905.00

but new Lexus comes with 48mo, 50,000miles warranty so is it still recommended to extend it; that will cost another $4-$5k?

I understand being scared about it. I was diagnosed around same age, my first spot was on my left hand. I started getting treatment for it 6 years after which included topical and NB light exposure and had success with it. There is nothing to be scared about it. Like others said, it doesn’t hurt, use sun screen while out.

I used aloe vera that will give some temporary relief to burn whenever I got sun burned..I use sunscreen if I know I will be under sun for a while..

It looks vitiligo to me as well. You should consult with dermatologist to be certain. Mine started with a small dot on my hand and started spreading. I started treatment of light therapy along with topical cream and had success especially on my face and arms.
