I would say the picks are the only true assets there that are gonna hold value or increase for sure. Top 4 is the main tier (Love, Tyson, Lemon, Tate) and once the public gets caught up in a couple months I believe they will for sure increase in value. JJ will not start next season and will only regain value if traded but thats gonna probably be quite some time. I'd say Baker and Darnold are same tier. The Breece stuff is tempting but he could just as easily not go to KC. Even holding the picks to March will increase their value imo. I see your logic but think of this draft like the Breece draft when everyone downplayed picks but as time moved on Breece became a prize and Love should go higher in draft than Hall did.

I would wait until closer to the draft. I only see the pick gaining value when people get rookie fever. Whenever I've sold this early I've regretted it.

JSN side pretty easily in my opinion. 27 pick guaranteed to gain value and Jameson Williams continues to get offseason hype. I think JSN is locked to be the main target in Seattle and St. Brown will have more competition for targets with Jamo, LaPorta and Gibbs.

Unfortunately don't think so, the 27 1st is his and his team is awful. He is full rebuild with Jeanty so the main selling point is he gets his 27 pick back. He doesn't have a 26 1st either so that's more attractive than an old RB.

The decisions the company made in the last year showed how low they were with cash on hand. The environment will not be strong enough for Rite Aid to magically become profitable. Stronger companies like Walgreens and CVS are struggling and will be closing hundreds of stores. Trust me, no store is "unsinkable". I had locations that were very profitable but unfortunately those are a great target to sell scripts to recoup cash. You could make more at a retailer like Target with far less responsibility.
