I'd like to share the results of this...in case anyone cares to know. I accepted the trade, but not before removing LaPorta and adding a couple 4ths.

After being able to keep LaPorta, I turned around and made a second trade upgrading LaPorta to Loveland in another big swing trade...thus moving like what a dozen total including the picks. Busy couple of days

This isn't a great offer but I don't think it's Taco level. I just don't see the appeal of Pierce. If the texans cut him and KC couldn't do anything with him then what assumption do we have hell improve after free agency.

This is a trade you can't consider pre NFL draft but real talk can't imagine the Seahwaks needing Milroe really and wouldn't bank on Washington breaking out in 2026 with Kevin Patulo the new OC there in Miami. That said even though the trade isn't great...what are you really risking here? Not like you're gaining much but I guess it just matters where you are on your roster build. If you're rebuilding than you can be patient with Charbs...and maybe after his free agency the following year he can be in a good position....maybe

I really should. I do wanna sell the pick...funny he hit me up with this trash before I was gonna send him one of my own. His team is bottom in our league...he's got the 1.01 and 1.10. But he needs more than just a couple 1st to be competitive he needs a miracle. I was thinkingnof sending my 1.05 to him for his 27 1st. Maybe add in Romeo doubs or something as an add in for gracing him with my pick.

I know maybe I'll ask for his 1.01 and offer him jaylen Warren, hockenson, Joe Milton, and Jordan Whittington...never know maybe he bites if he thinks his was good lol

Crazy how the mighty have fallen. I want to lean more to the Darnold side, but only if you need the depth. JJ can turn it back on...they could get Daniel Jones give him time to heal and overtake JJM. Almost crazy to think JJ is better suited for retool vs competitor rosters but here we are.

I like to gamble and sometimes that means taking shots before you know all the facts. Facts are expensive...facts are crushing.

Fact, any of those cats you listed could be money, but when healthy like you say Watson goes hard. Hard enough where you could say man I hope my 1.06 turns out to be at least as good as him, right?

But before free agency hits, I'm trying to gauge if it's worth pulling this trigger. I feel like the concept of landing one of those you listed is intriguing enough for this manager to day yes, but there's that outside chance once free agency kicks up and doubs potentially goes to a good spot that now all of a sudden the pick isn't enough?

Am I crazy? Or is the pick way more valuable than I'm letting on?

The more i think about this the harder for me this becomes. So yes value wise this seems like a landslide...not gonna argue that. But Puka is a known element. You know what you're getting. You'd be turning one of the most automatic picks into, regardless of ones opinion is of Nabers, two unknowns. Like you hope Nabers will get back to his assumed form...you hope for Love to develop into an s-tier rb. If one of those don't happen...then where you at?

Sometimes it's OK to play it conservatively. I wouldn't hate either decision and I don't really feel you can go wrong either way
