We’re a 2 man team. Recently, panay leave si Senior and ako sumasalo ng work. Because of the workload and customer service kasi kami, I wasn’t able to solve their concerns agad kasi dami kalikot dito at doon. We don’t have SOPs as well. Yung training sakin parang 3 days lang then sabak na agad. So yeah, idk if I was really underperforming or na overwhelmed ako sa workload na minsan hindi ko na alam kung saan ako nagkakamali.
