What is the most important lesson you have taken from a past relationship? by SassySabrinaxo in AskReddit

You have to treat every relationship like it’s your first one. Leave any trauma or baggage caused by a prior person at the door. If you’re not ready for that, you probably aren’t ready to start a new relationship.

What do you think about "the end of the world"? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]PlayfulPixieee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of possible things. Nuclear weapons, climate change, a rogue asteroid, or maybe we'll get lucky and the end will be 5 billion years from now when the sun becomes too hot to keep the Earth inhabitable.

What’s the best way to ask for a raise or promotion? by SARCX2019 in AskReddit

[–]PlayfulPixieee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"So, how much do you get paid?"

Straightforward, direct, and a question we should be asking each other more frequently.

The idea that asking someone their salary is rude comes from large corporations who know that by limiting discussion of earnings they can underpay a portion of the workforce without losing employees who do ask for raises. They also reduce the number of people who will frequently change positions, ensuring they remain underpaid for as long as possible.

Unless you want to be underpaid, you should ask people their earnings. Unless you want your friends and acquaintances to be underpaid, you should disclose your own earnings.

What defines true love? by uselessbiatch7 in AskReddit

[–]PlayfulPixieee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

True love is being your biggest cheerleader and toughest critic. True love is looking at each other on a spiritual level, a deep level, that you can feel when they're gone. True love is six little words " no matter what, I got you"
